ABOUT OUR CEO
Sharròn Dean is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach and Human Capital Consultant. Sharrón’s ability to gain the respect of leaders and partner with them in the furtherance of their goals is what many corporate partners appreciate about having Sharròn working with their leaders. Sharrón uses a holistic lens, that addresses the leader’s interior self (mind, body, and emotions,) and their external self, (actions, and interactions) to encourage leaders to foster new vantage points.
Through humble inquiry as they explore their self-awareness, resiliency and new behaviors in service of their defined goals to support and advance their career and increased productivity with the company, collaborate more effectively with stakeholders and direct reports, and improve their sense of belonging and inclusion with the company. Sharròn is a designated ACC (Associate Certified Coach) via the International Coaching Federation, an MBTI Certified instructor, and a 360 Leadership Circle Profile facilitator. She possesses a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Certified Coaching Program.
